Read carefully before taking the following measurements

1. Have another person measure your torso.
2. Please be accurate and be sure to complete all information.
3. Do not over measure. Too big or too long results in uncomfortable armour.
4. Wear proper attire when being measured. I.e. T-shirt, service duty belt, etc.
5. Side coverage preference: (Circle One) a) butt fit, b) ½" gap, c) 1" gap, d) Other

1. FULL CHEST MEASUREMENT __________ins.
(Use cloth tape. Measure around back, directly under armpits, meeting across chest front.)
2. MID-ABDOMINAL MEASUREMENT __________ins.
(Use cloth tape. Measure around back with tape placed just below rib cage on the sides. Meeting across the THICKEST portion of your stomach. Do not "suck in".)
3. WAIST MEASUREMENT __________ins.
(Use cloth tape and follow a line parallel above top of duty belt around the entire torso.)
4. CLAVICLE-TO-BELT MEASUREMENT __________ins.
(Use cloth tape, placing tape end at top edge of clavicle and measuring straight down to top edge of duty belt following the stomach contour.)
5. FRONT MEASUREMENT _____ins. (standing) _____ins. (sitting)
(Use cloth tape, placing tape end at second button on uniform shirt measuring straight down to the top edge of the duty belt, following the contour of the chest and stomach. Stay relaxed. Do not "suck in".)
6. BACK MEASUREMENT _____ins. (standing) _____ins. (sitting)
(Use cloth tape. Place tape at bottom edge of uniform shirt collar. Measure straight down to top of duty belt.)
